2009
Season Recap
The Lady Panthers finished their first varsity season with a 7-7-2 record. They competed in the first round of both the League Tournament (losing to #1 Parish Hill) and the State Tournament (losing to Wilcox Tech).
Senior Liz Carrillo and junior Kristen Carr both earned Honorable Mention for the 2009 CSC Girls All Conference. Sophomore Julia Navarro was voted #1 in the conference which automatically put her into contention for All State.
During the season the team practiced and played as a family, showing their support for each other by volunteering at the Milford Relay for Life. They proved just how far you can go when you work together and play with “heart.”
