Platt’s Culinary Arts Department caters a luncheon on the first Friday of every month for the Shoreline Association of Men over Sixty.  The students enjoy the interaction with the one hundred members and get an opportunity to hone their culinary skills under the supervision of Chef Lou Fusco.
