The
Windham Tech Alumni held their 13th annual golf tournament on
Saturday October 3rd at the Twin Hills Country Club in
Coventry, CT. Despite the rainy weather 125 participants still
came out to play a round of golf and support the alumni association.
With the proceeds from the tournament, the alumni are able to
provide awards for graduating seniors on Senior Night and help
to support various student endeavors at Windham Tech. Thank s
to all who braved the rain and participated in the tournament
and a also to all of those who were behind the scenes helping
out.
The
golf tournament had a new addition this year as the alumni
held a raffle to help support the Architectural Technologies
program at Windham Tech. The grand prize was a 2010 Harley-Davidson
Fatboy motorcycle. The lucky winner of the motorcycle was Cynthia
Deveny of North Windham. Congratulations to Cindy and a big
thank you to everyone who purchased tickets! Your support is
