The 2007 girls volleyball team finished the regular season 16-2 earning a share of the CSC East Division crown.  The Mighty Tigers beat Central Division champion Kaynor Tech in the CSC tourney then lost to eventual CSC league champ Grasso Tech in the semi-final.  Windham Tech, qualifying for its 4th state tournament in its last 6 seasons, lost to Terryville HS to finish a fine season at 17-4. 

The team graduates 3 senior captains Sarah Legere, Heather Crosthwaite and Coralys Perez and two seniors in Samantha Vertefeuille and Jessica Riera.  Sarah and Heather were named 1st team CSC all-league and Samantha and Coralys to the 2nd team.   The jv squad finished at 16-2.  The team has been coached by Steve Cervizzi and Ray Elliot  for 6 years and has compiled an 80-42 record over that span.
