Sign up and create your profile with the CTECS Career Center to connect with our talented students and alumni. 

Employers are invited to register with CTECS new virtual Career Center! The Career Center helps employers find, access, and hire Connecticut technical high schools’ best talent, while increasing industry exposure and career opportunities for students and graduates.

Signing up takes less than 5 minutes. During registration, you will have the option to post any jobs that are open on or after 4/18/2024. Students and graduates will be invited into the system shortly thereafter to start applying! Here’s what else you’ll get from the CTECS virtual Career Center:

  • Unlimited postings for job openings, work-based learning opportunities, and internships, amplifying employer brand visibility within the CTECS community.
  • Streamlined communication and recruitment processes between employers and CTECS’ 20 locations.
  • A new, enhanced job board that is searchable by trade and location, ensuring your postings reach the right candidates.
  • Access an extensive database of student and alumni resumes.
  • Exclusive invites to Program Advisory Committee meetings, career fairs, and other events. 
  • Customizable options for virtual or in-person hiring events tailored to employers’ needs.

Want to help? There are several ways to get involved with CTECS!

  • Hire a student through the Work-based Learning Program.

  • Come speak to our students about your industry.

  • Host a class visit or allow a student to shadow at your business.

  • Consider an equipment donation to our trade programs.

  • Join a Program Advisory Committee near you. The goal of these committees is to ensure that CTECS is meeting and exceeding current industry standards in curriculum; facilities; state-of-the-art technology; employability skills; and workplace credentials.
