Norwich Tech Media Specialist Wins Rheta Clark Award

Patricia Malchman, librarian at Norwich Technical High School and Otis Library, has been selected as the winner of the Connecticut Association of School Librarians (CASL) Rheta Clark Award! Ms. Malchman has been recognized for her extensive service and outstanding contributions in the library media field, and for her dedication to the goals and principles of the media profession. She is well known as a leader and a mentor throughout the Connecticut tech school system. Please join us in saying congratulations!
